Laguna Beach on a Budget

Laguna Beach may have become famous for a Reality TV show bearing its name with wealthy teenagers, but it is also one of the most memorable places for honeymooners to enjoy a budget vacation.

Not many can argue that with its pounding surf to its quaint hotels and bed & breakfast accommodations, Laguna Beach is a wonderful place for a budget vacation for honeymooners. Located in Orange County, Calif., Laguna Beach has long been a destination for everyone from the Hollywood jet set to those simply looking to get lost for the summer. It’s a city that entertains many who come back year after year because of its serene setting, colorful sunsets, and perfect paradise ambiance.

Speaking of paradise and honeymooners, Laguna Beach has long been associated for its romance factor, attracting newlyweds and honeymooners the world over to its foamy ocean shores. Luckily, there are a number of places to stay when on a honeymoon budget vacation.

But, Laguna Beach is so much more than a lovely beach town with scores of cute shops, tasty cafes, and colorful art galleries. Honeymooners will quickly discover why such movie stars as actress Bette Davis, Bette Midler and former star of Nightmare on Elm Street, Robert Englund, have called this place home.

And there’s no need to build up a huge bill while staying at a big name hotel in Laguna Beach, in fact, newlyweds can do it on a budget as mentioned. There’s the popular and quaint Laguna Cottage, or the nostalgic Hotel Laguna rich in history and of course, the gorgeous Casa Laguna Inn & Spa, amongst many others.
